The membership requirements include but are not limited to all banks, securities, insurance, futures, currency exchange, small loans, public and private equity funds, financing leases, guarantees, factoring, investments, asset management, trading platforms, internet finance companies, financial research institutes, financial social organizations, and other types of enterprises, units, and organizations that can provide services, growth, and assistance to the financial industry registered in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone.

Membership Procedure
Fill out the membership application form and submit the membership materials;
After receiving the application from the enterprise, the Secretariat will conduct a preliminary review of the materials;
Submit the information of enterprises that meet the membership requirements to the board of directors/general meeting for voting;
After approval, the Secretariat will issue a Notice of Membership, notifying the enterprise to pay the membership fee according to the standard and issue a membership plaque to become an official member of the association。
Please prepare the following required materials and scan them to send to the association's email address hgfa@hengqinfa.com And mail the original documents to the Secretariat of the Association: Room A102, Building 17, Hengqin Macao Youth Entrepreneurship Valley, No. 1889 Huandao East Road, Hengqin Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province
1A copy of the business license of the enterprise/group (stamped with the official seal)
2One tax payment certificate for the previous year/quarter (stamped with official seal)
3One copy of the ID card of the legal representative (front and back sides)
4One copy of the ID card (front and back) of the representative/appointed person of the member unit, one resume, one business card, and an electronic color photo
(IPG format)
5A set of corporate promotional materials and a copy of the corporate logo document
(Electronic version of AI/CDR/PSD or other source file formats or 1.5M or above JPG format files)
